Two kinds of client, one way of working.

We work with small organizations where nobody’s actual job is the website, and with local government, where it’s somebody’s job and also their eleventh priority.

The work is the same. What changes is the paperwork and the pace.

Small businesses and practices

You’re the owner, or the office manager, or the one person who’s vaguely technical and therefore owns the website by accident.

The site was built once, probably well, and then time passed. What you need isn’t a redesign every three years. It’s someone who answers, makes the change, and doesn’t treat a half hour of work as a project with a kickoff call.

See what we handle

Local government

Councils, counties, districts, authorities.

The site is public-facing, the content is a legal record, and the buying process has rules that most vendors find inconvenient and then complain about.

We don’t find them inconvenient. Purchase orders, written scopes, annual agreements that renew with the fiscal year, insurance certificates on file, and an understanding that budgets get set months before anyone can sign anything.

There’s also a deadline coming that has nothing to do with how your website looks.

What it takes to serve everyone

Either way, it starts the same.

Tell us what you’ve got and what isn’t working. You’ll get a scope and a number, not a proposal deck.
