How it goes
The order of the work depends on what we find. What stays the same is this.
- We learn how the work actually happens.
Before anything gets built, we talk to the people doing the work, as well as the person who signs off.
- We define what success looks like.
What needs to change, what doesn’t, and how you’ll know it worked. You see all of it before anything gets built.
- We build around how you already work.
When how you work is what’s costing you, we’ll say so.
- You see things early.
Progress is visible as it goes.
- Ideas are cheap to try.
Have an idea? We build it and put it in front of you. If it doesn’t earn its place, it comes out and you try the next one.
- We stay.
Once something is built, we’re still here to keep it running, fix what breaks, and change it as your business changes.
What you see before you decide

You can check every recommendation, and the price. With a tech lead, the first month is where that happens: we learn how your business runs and write it down with our recommendations.

- Then, and only then, what it costs.
Questions we ask early on
Most of these have never been asked out loud, which is usually where the problem is.
Most people have to go and check. What they find is usually a step nobody meant to create.
There’s almost always one. It’s never on anyone’s list, because whoever does it stopped noticing years ago.
If you answered with a name, that’s the place to start, and it probably isn’t a website problem.
“Look professional” isn’t an answer. It’s why so many sites look fine and do nothing.
Call before you have answers to any of this. Working it out is a huge part of our job.
What you can count on.
The same person, every time.
When you email, the person who reads it is the person who did the work.
The only money we make from working with you is what you pay us. Every recommendation is about what’s best for your business.
When something we build sends anything out on its own, AI included, a person approves it first.
We run it. It stays yours.
The code, the accounts, the domain, the content. Yours, including if you decide to part ways with us.
We host and look after most of what we build. Who owns it is set in the agreement, and that’s you.
