Both, priced differently. Most work starts as a project and continues as ongoing care once it’s built.
What if our site has been neglected for years?
That’s the normal starting point. We tell you what’s there and what it would take, in writing, before anyone commits to anything.
Who will I actually be working with?
The same person, all year. Nothing gets handed to a junior team after we shake hands.
Are you using AI to do this?
For the parts of the work that are repetitive and reviewable, yes. A person reviews everything before it reaches you or the public.
What does it cost?
It depends on how much there’s to fix, and we’d rather tell you a real number than a fake one. Projects get a fixed price against a written scope before anything starts. Ongoing work is a flat monthly rate. One call is usually enough for us to tell you the size, and there’s no setup fee either way.
